What incentive program does my company qualify for? 

Incentives are calculated by wattage reduced. The more energy we can save you, the higher the incentive!

Small Business PRIVATE sector: If your energy bill shows a usage of 0-400 kW, you could qualify for related incentives.

Small Business PUBLIC sector: If your energy bill shows a usage of 0-400 kW, you could qualify for related incentives. (ie: municipalities)

Standard Business:  If your energy bill shows a usage of 400 kW and above, you could qualify for related incentives.

Multi-Family: Targeted to improve energy consumption in multi-tenant buildings within common areas.

Non Profit Organizations: Eligible Non-profit organizations can focus more resources on their mission and less on energy costs.

New Construction: Provides incentives and technical assistance to encourage design teams and building owners to surpass standard practices and exceed energy code requirements.

How can I start saving energy?

See the list below that outlines items that may qualify for incentives.

LED Lighting/Controls: Includes both interior and exterior lighting options as well as lighting controls. This includes troffers, highbays, linears, can lights, parking lot lights, wall packs, decorative fixtures, street lights, ect.

HVAC/UV Lighting: We offer incentive opportunities for a variety of HVAC related upgrades such as HVAC systems, thermostats, and UV-lighting 

Solar: Our solar division can custom design a system to best fit the needs of your facility, large or small. Incentives and tax deductions can be available for qualified projects.

Refrigeration/Coolers: Equipment can qualify for incentives, including but not limited to walk-in cooler/freezer controls and strip curtains, EC motors, display case lighting, fan controls, walk-in automatic door closers

Compressed Air: Equipment can qualify for incentives such as nozzles and no-loss condensate drains

Other Ways to Save: Thermostats, door sweeps/weather stripping, windows
